NEVER KNEW WHAT I NEEDED UNTIL I HAD IT! We will never regret buying this house with our amazing in-ground pool. My partner and I adore the "nested" primary bedroom on the very top floor with our own bathroom and mountain view deck. Gives us privacy from the kids and guests. The living spaces, 3 bedrooms and large dining room are ideal for our kids, their friends and our company. Downstairs we store all our toys, since there's no way I'm putting my $10,000 bicycle outside! I suppose I could store it in our double garage if needed. The gear room is great for working on projects and we use the bonus basement room as a home gym. Our in-law suite has it's own backyard entance so it's ideal when our older kids show up their partner and our grand kids! We couldn't be happier. Our yard is fully fenced so Bramwell, our dog, is kept safe and has tonnes of room to play. A typical day for us is grabbing some fresh produce and local goods from the farmers market then heading onto the pool deck. I love listening to the kids play while I catch some sun. By the afternoon I retreat to the covered patio with rubberized floor, perfect for drying off out of the hot sun. Come evening you'll find us in the hot tub looking at the stars. When we can, we love to let our friends use the place, if we're not around, and believe me, you never know how many friends you have until you've got an Invermere home with a private pool. Even with so many other things to do in our amazing valley, we find spending time on the pool deck is just what we need. (id:6289)
